{Fitness Tip}: Full Throttle

when was the last time we did some form of workout and went full throttle for part of it? 
well, our time has come!  this week we are going to deliberately set out to push ourselves to the max for a short time then work at regular pace followed by another max-out effort.  one of the made-up minds was sharing with me the other day how they had done this in a walking session and felt exuberant afterwards.  sometimes i think we are way too careful with ourselves.  let’s commit this week to give it our all and then when we see how awesome it is, who knows, maybe we will make it a regular part of our fitness regimen for life.
